How Can I Adjust Sedentary Reminder/ Stand Up Reminder?

To set up the stand-up reminder for your Health Smartwatch 2, follow these steps:

  1. Open the GloryFit App.
  2. Go to “Device.”
  3. Navigate to “Sedentary Reminder.”
  4. Turn ON the Stand-Up Reminder using the first option. You can also set how long before the watch reminds you to stand up (up to a maximum of 180 minutes).
  5. Set the “Start Time” for when you want the watch to begin tracking your sitting hours.
  6. Set the “End Time” for when you want the watch to stop tracking your sitting hours.
  7. Set the “Undisturbed Time” during which you do not want the watch to track your sitting hours.
